  3. Visionary Innovation: Assure assessment is done of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Inspire a culture of creativity and forward-thinking, pushing the organization to anticipate and lead market changes.
  4. Financial Oversight: Responsible of budgeting, forecasting and financial performance. Make informed decisions based on financial data and market insights to drive the company's financial success.

Chief Operating Officer

As a start-up the COO role differentiates a bit from more mature organizations. The role ensures an extra punch and excellence in different parts of the organization. It is also a starting point and accelerator of areas later to be operationalized in their own departments or resources, and cannot be placed in the organization as is.
